  • Isolation: We use strict “Tenant Isolation”. This means your data is logically separated from every other business. There is no risk of your photos appearing in another company’s video.
  • Access Control: Only you (and team members you invite) can access your dashboard.

Social Media Security

  • Official APIs: We connect to Instagram using the official Meta Graph API. We never ask for your password directly.
  • Tokens: We use secure “OAuth Tokens” to publish. You can revoke Brandzy’s access at any time from your Facebook/Instagram settings.
  • No Data Scraping: We only access data necessary for publishing and analytics. We do not scrape your followers’ private data.

AI Privacy

  • Your Data is Yours: We do not use your private business photos to train public AI models that would benefit your competitors. Your assets are used fine-tune models only for your specific brand context.
  • Content Ownership: You own the rights to the videos we generate for you.

Compliance

We adhere to standard privacy practices and are committed to compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA. If you wish to delete your data, you can request a full account wipe via our support channel.
