Frequently Asked Questions

General

Q: Do I need to film anything? A: No! Brandzy works with your existing photos. If you have video clips, you can upload them, but they are not required. Q: Can I edit the videos myself? A: Currently, you can edit the captions and hashtags. You cannot manually edit the video timeline (cuts, transitions) inside Brandzy yet. If you want changes to the video itself, use the “Regenerate” button and provide specific instructions for the AI. Q: What if I don’t like a video? A: You can reject it. We will generate a replacement. You are never forced to post content you don’t like.

Pricing & Subscription

Q: How does the credit system work? A: Your subscription includes 12 video generations per month (≈3/week). We keep usage credit/balance-based internally so future add-ons and plan upgrades are straightforward; today, each successful video generation consumes 1 credit, and the plan includes 12 credits/month with a hard cap at 12 generations for the current month. Q: Is there a contract? A: No. Brandzy is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time. Q: What’s included in the plan? A: Our MLP plan includes:
  • 3 Videos Per Week: Delivered every Friday.
  • Digital Twin: Your own custom AI avatar (via Argil).
  • Auto-Publishing: Direct to Instagram.
  • Hosting: Secure storage for your brand assets.
Q: Can I manage multiple businesses? A: Yes, but each business requires its own subscription workspace to keep data and branding separate.

Platforms

Q: Do you post to TikTok? A: Not yet. We are building TikTok integration now. For now, you can download your Brandzy videos and post them manually to TikTok. Q: Do you post to Facebook? A: Yes, if your Instagram is set to auto-share to Facebook, your Brandzy posts will appear there too. Native Facebook posting is coming soon.

AI & Content

Q: Is the content unique? A: Yes. While we use proven marketing structures (templates), the combination of your photos, your logo, the generated script, and the AI visuals creates a unique video every time. Q: Who owns the videos? A: You do. Once a video is generated and your subscription is active, you have full commercial rights to use that video anywhere.
