Getting Started with Brandzy

Follow this guide to set up your account and start generating autonomous video content for your business.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:
  1. Business Photos: 3-5 high-quality photos of your business, team, or work (e.g., haircut results, coffee shop interior).
  2. Logo: Your business logo (PNG or SVG preferred).
  3. Instagram Account: Login credentials for your business Instagram account.

Step 1: Create Account

Visit app.brandzy.ai and sign up using your Google account or email.

Step 2: The Onboarding Flow

Our onboarding wizard will guide you through the setup.

1. Business Profile

Tell us your business name, industry (e.g., Barbershop, Cafe), and location. This helps our AI understand your local market.

2. Brand Identity

  • Upload Logo: Drag and drop your logo.
  • Select Vibe: Choose a style that matches your brand (e.g., “Modern & Clean”, “Warm & Cozy”, “Energetic”).
  • Brand Colors: We’ll automatically detect colors from your logo, or you can pick them manually.

3. Services & Offers

List your top 3 services (e.g., “Fade & Beard Trim”) and any current offers you want to promote (e.g., “20% off first visit”).

4. Media Upload

Upload your photos. Our AI will analyze them to select the best shots for your videos.
Pro Tip: Real photos perform better than stock images. Don’t worry about professional lighting—authenticity wins on social media.

Step 3: Connect Socials

Connect your Instagram Business account. This allows Brandzy to publish videos directly to your feed.
  1. Click “Connect Instagram”.
  2. Log in via Facebook (Meta).
  3. Select the Instagram Business page you want to use.
  4. Grant the necessary permissions for publishing.

Step 4: First Video Preview

Once onboarding is complete, Brandzy will immediately generate a preview video.
  1. Wait for the generation (usually 2-3 minutes).
  2. Review the video style, music, and messaging.
  3. Approve to activate your subscription and schedule the post.

Congratulations! Your AI marketing team is now active.
  • Weekly Drops: You will receive new video drafts every week.
  • Notifications: We’ll email you when new content is ready for review.
  • Autopilot: If you enabled “Auto-Approve”, we’ll publish automatically after a set review period.
