Vanity metrics (likes) are nice, but business metrics (money) are better. Brandzy focuses on the causal chain from view to sale.
The Metrics We Track
1. Reach & Awareness
- Views: How many unique accounts saw your video.
- Impressions: Total number of times videos were displayed.
2. Engagement
- Likes & Comments: Social proof.
- Shares: Viral impact (the highest value metric for growth).
- Saves: Indication of high-value content.
3. Conversion (The Money Metrics)
- Profile Visits: People who clicked through to your profile.
- Link Taps: Clicks on your “Link in Bio” (Booking link, Menu, Website).
- Estimated ROI: Based on your average ticket size (input during onboarding), we estimate the potential revenue generated from these actions.
Weekly Reports
Every Monday, you receive a Performance Brief:
- “Your best video last week was [Title].”
- “You gained [X] new profile visits.”
- “Action Item: Upload a photo of your new summer special to boost engagement.”
Learning Loop
Brandzy doesn’t just report data; it learns from it.
- If “Showcase” videos get more views, we generate more of them.
- If “Educational” videos get more saves, we prioritize those for trust-building.
- If a specific music track leads to high drop-off, we blacklist it for your brand.
How to Access & Interpret Reports
accessing the Dashboard

Interpreting the Data
The “Funnel View”
At the top of the page, you see a funnel visualization:
- Top (Reach): Are people seeing your content? If low, we may need to adjust hashtags or music.
- Middle (Engagement): Are they liking/saving? If low, the content might not be resonating.
- Bottom (Conversion): Are they clicking your link? This is the ultimate goal.
Exporting Data
For your own records or team meetings:
- Click the Export button in the top right corner.
- Select PDF (visual report) or CSV (raw data).
- The file will download to your device.
